Refund policy

The provision of goods and services on this website is subject to availability. In cases of non-availability, we will refund the customer in full within 10 business days

We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received.  This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards.  Should we exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the site should be sent to hello@recordell.com 

 If an order received contains the incorrect stock, a full refund will be issued and a courier will be sent to collect the stock from you at our expense.

 We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Belated damage due to human error, misuse, improper handling or improper operation after receipt cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Used Vinyl Records and CDs

Please note that used records, preloved CDs and some merchandise are sold “as is” and due to the nature of the product, might contain scratches or defects that may affect playback or aesthetic appeal.  We have graded all second-hand vinyl records, CDs and merchandise to the best of our ability; however, we cannot always guarantee complete accuracy and uninterrupted playback.

 

If you are unhappy with the quality of the used vinyl, CD or merchandise that you received, and believe that its grading is incorrect and the item is unplayable or unusable, contact us at hello@recordell.com
